Pytanie: Is aeronautical or aerospace engineering very hard?

Answer #1:
umm yea its rocket science? ever heard the expressionAnswer #2:
"hard" is a relative term. Just know and understand that at any school, engineering is known as the most challenging and demanding major on campus. Many engineering students have no life, some do. If you can't live without your martial arts, but you are capable of working VERY hard, and catch on to abstract concepts quickly, and don't have to work, maybe you'll be OK. You can't know unless you try. But, if engineering school isn't NUMBER 1 PRIORITY, (not martial arts), you'll probably change majors or drop out.Answer #3:
Perhaps you could ask the members of the club below about how they manage to train in capoeira while studying at Purdue?Answer #4:
HiI have been an Aerospace engineer for thirty years or so, working on many projects in avionics and aerospace. You may find the studying hard, I don't know your skills and strengths - A good understanding of Mathematics is definitely required as is Physics. The most important thing to understand is that if you embark on this profession, just like a medical practitioner, you will have to update your knowledge of the subject on a regular basis throughout your working career. I specialise in Electronics used within the Avionics and Aerospace arena and I have to regularly self - study new concepts, some of which you may not be aware of (neoron radiation for example) which may affect your designs. If you do not keep up, you will find that you get left behind and will not get work in the industry.
The other pre-requisite is that you actually enjoy your work and that you want to do it. There is no point in going into it just for the money.
As to your original question - is it hard - I found that it was made much easier because of the fact that I enjoyed my studies and I absolutely had to revise each night so that I fully understood the days events before going onto the next days study.
As to fitting in with your social activities, only you can determine that one!
All the best
