Answer #1:

Remember the saying "No Pain, No Gain" If it hurts is because it's working, just make sure to let the muscle rest at least for one day to let it heal properly.

Answer #2:

That is suppose to happen. Once I ran nine miles and only God could be me up the stairs. I couldn't do anything for a week. It is suppose to ache but if you stretch out it won't ache as badly. Make sure you warm up before and then stretch out when your done to avoid injures, aches, and pains.

Answer #3:

take vitamins, eat healthy foods, get lots rest massage sore muscles and soak in hot tub

Answer #4:

It is very normal for the body to experience pain. Building muscle involves tearing the muscles so they can build themselves up stronger and bigger. You will experience pain and soreness for a couple of weeks until your body starts to adapt to the exercises and workouts. Your feet will be the same. Now when you are extremely sore don't try and do too much strenuous work. You should have at least a day of doing hardly any rigorous activity after hurting that much. Muscle soreness is caused by a build up of lactic acid in the muscles. Stretch very well after each workout and you will notice that you aren't as sore. Try and stretch lightly during the soreness as well.

Answer #5:

Capoeria is a good exercise. 1.5 hours is serious for those who want to get slim and fit. Keep at it!

Your muscles should ache a bit, especially if you have never been too active. I started working out after college and it took about 3 months of workouts before my muscles didn't ache so bad. Now I can distinguish between worked out too much, a nice workout, and the "oh sh*t something's wrong" type of hurt. Give it 3-4 months and the muscles will not hurt as much.

The next point is that your body will adjust to the activities you're doing. If you don't do a lot of walking, running, or exercise, then your feet, hands, and joints will hurt until your body adjusts. For a guy, I have smooth hands, but I have callouses on the pads of my hands from weightlifting. When I did BJJ, my knees hurt and I actually threw up and/or had to poop the most I'd ever done in my life a couple times until I adjusted.

If the callouses don't form, or if your feet are really hurting after about 3 months, see a doctor in sports medicine or ask your trainer.
