dude or dudet or whatever i think u have been working out way to hard if ur muscles are hurting that much id say rest for about a week and then starrt up again but dont push urself so hard!!!Answer #2:
With any exercise even Capoeira you have to have a rest period and allow the small tears in the muscle tissue to repair thus building muscle and strength. If you want to build your endurance you need to so light high rep weight lifting. Example: 3 sets of 20 reps with light weights.Its natural if you go from low or moderate exercise and then hit a hardocre exercise your going to have a fatigue period and you have to allow time between exercise.
