to be honest you are not really that big, 75 kilos is just about 165 pounds. however, you are fit which is very good. if i were you if would pick kick boxing, taekwonod or mauy thai, they are great to keep you fit and also teach you self defence.

Are all of those martial arts in your area? You're a lucky guy.

Muay Thai and Sanda are pretty closely related, the difference between these two will be the level of instruction in your area. Go with the better instructor. Capoeira is a very gymnastic martial art and resembles break dancing more than fighting. BJJ is one of the top grappling arts and is unique in that creativity is a great asset.

My suggestion is that you try the introductory courses in each martial art and stick with what you find to be the most rewarding. Of course, that will depend on why exactly you want to train: do you want to be able to defend yourself? Are you looking for a competitive sport? Are you looking for something that will make you better at soccer and basketball in the off season?
